On the day
The entrance is inside the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice) in the centre of the Main Market Square — central and easy to reach, but easy to walk past. Arrive a few minutes before your slot, show your dated ticket on your phone, and allow around 75 minutes to take in the underground galleries unhurried.
